Blending Before Roasting (BBR) or Blending After Roasting (BAR)? A question that has been widely discussed in the roasting community, which is all about the "right" timing of mixing different types of coffee. We look forward to a lively discussion and many contributions on both philosophies. In addition, in this session we will present the P25 III for the first time, which also meets the requirements of the largest roaster in the P series with its iconic design, the new control system and the new features.

As a personal exchange is still barely possible in this situation of a global pandemic, we decided to simply transform the POP UP ROASTERY into a digital live format, the POP UP series, thus continuing the success story of the first on-site event in Berlin.
