After a new roaster has been completed, it goes through several testing processes before it can be delivered to the customer. Robert Heisterkamp and Jörg Vogel from Kirsch + Mausser perform the first roast live on a new UG22 in this session. They will explain what is important and describe why the UG roasters are for individualists who place special demands on their roasted products.
