Your focus of activities:
Being the Head of the Product Management Department
Support and conceptual further development of our product portfolio concerning coffee roasting and plants with own focus on control systems, digital systems and related business model development
Analysis and assessment of products concerning manufacturing costs, contribution margins and ROIs
Analysis of customer requirements and identification of the USPs that are decisive for buying
Realisation of market and competitor analyses
Development of product and technology road map based on well-founded coordination and planning
Realisation of successful marketing and roll-out concepts in close cooperation with the Marketing and Sales Department
Coordination of the global product portfolio with the international subsidiaries
Development of product-relevant benefit arguments
What we expect from you:
Completed studies in the field of engineering or business administration with additional technical or economic qualification concerning automation/control systems
Experience in international product management and the cost analyses of machines and plants
Ability to lead, develop and motivate employees
Success in the further development of existing business fields and in the establishment of networks
Sense for trends and developments in the market
Target-oriented and convincing spoken and written communication skills; also concerning the English language
Willingness for international travelling activities (approx. 20 %).
